Our position

4K Flix IPTV respects the rights of copyright owners and complies with the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent laws in other countries. The website 4kflixiptv.com contains information, guides and account tools. It does not host video files.

Streams available to subscribers are supplied by third-party infrastructure providers. If you believe material accessible through our service or website infringes your rights, please send us a notice as described below and we will act on it promptly.

How to send a notice

Email [email protected] with the subject “DMCA Notice” and include:

  • Your full name, company (if any), address, phone and email.
  • A description of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
  • The exact URL(s) or the channel or stream name and the date and time it was available.
  • A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

How we respond

  • We acknowledge valid notices within 2 to 3 business days.
  • We remove or disable access to the material on our website, or pass the notice to the responsible upstream provider and request removal.
  • Where relevant, we inform the affected user.
  • We keep a record of notices and our actions.

Incomplete notices or notices made in bad faith may be rejected.

Counter-notices

If you believe material was removed by mistake, you can send a counter-notice with your contact details, the material removed and its location, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant court, and your signature. We may restore the material after 10 to 14 business days unless the claimant tells us they have started legal action.

Repeat infringers

Accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright are closed without refund, as set out in our Terms and Conditions.

False claims

Knowingly sending a false notice or counter-notice may make you liable for damages under section 512(f) of the DMCA and similar laws.

Users’ responsibilities

Subscribers must use the service lawfully and comply with the copyright laws of the country they live in.
