1. Who we are

4kflixiptv.com and the 4K Flix IPTV service are operated by 4K LTD, 20 Wenlock Road, London, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”). Customer accounts and payments are handled on our customer portal at billing.4kflexgroup.com. You can contact us at [email protected].

2. Accepting these terms

By using this website, requesting a trial or placing an order you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and DMCA Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old to buy a subscription.

3. The service

A subscription gives you login details (username, password, M3U link or portal) to watch IPTV streams in a compatible app on your own devices. We do not supply devices or apps. Third-party apps such as TiviMate, IPTV Smarters or IBO Player are made by other companies and have their own terms.

Channel lineups, video-on-demand titles and stream quality come from upstream providers and can change at any time. We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee that any specific channel, event or title will always be available.

4. Free trials

Free trials last 24 hours, are limited to one per person, household and device, and are reviewed before approval. We may refuse a trial without giving a reason, for example when a disposable email is used.

5. Orders and payment

• Prices are shown on the pricing page in USD, GBP or CAD and are charged once for the plan length you choose.
• Plans do not renew automatically. We remind you by email before your plan ends.
• Your subscription starts when payment is confirmed and your login details are sent.
• Discount codes and offers cannot be combined unless stated, and may have limits such as one use per customer.

6. Connections and fair use

• Each plan allows a set number of devices to watch at the same time (1 to 5). Using more streams than your plan allows may block your line.
• Your login is for personal, household use only. Sharing, reselling or rebroadcasting it is not allowed unless you are an approved reseller.
• We may suspend lines that show abuse, such as use from many locations at once.

7. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your internet connection, devices and apps, for keeping your login private, and for making sure your use of IPTV complies with the laws of the country you live in.

8. Refunds

New customers can request a refund within 7 days of their first purchase. Full details are in our Refund Policy. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may lead to your account being closed.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used for fraud or abuse, or is the subject of a chargeback. You can stop using the service at any time.

10. Website content

The text, images and design of this website belong to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for personal use but may not copy them for commercial use.

11. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for interruptions caused by third parties, your network or your device. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not affect plans already paid for.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere you also keep the mandatory consumer protections of your country.
